A different approach to nutrition

Many people I work with have spent years trying to “do everything right” with food.

Maybe that has looked like tracking, restricting, overthinking, following rules, pushing through hunger, avoiding certain foods, or trying to fuel training while also feeling pressure to control your body.

My approach is different.

I provide non-diet, weight-inclusive nutrition counseling that is grounded in evidence and built around your actual life. That means we are not chasing perfection, rigid food rules, or a version of health that leaves you feeling more disconnected from your body.

Instead, we work toward more consistency, flexibility, and trust with food.

Hi, I’m Kelly.

I’m a Seattle-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Sports Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and sports nutrition.

I work with clients who feel stuck in the middle: wanting to care for their health, fuel their body, or support athletic performance, but also feeling overwhelmed by food rules, body image pressure, guilt, GI symptoms, low energy, or inconsistent eating.

My work is practical and collaborative. We look at what is actually happening in your day-to-day life, then build strategies that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

Depending on your needs, that might include eating disorder recovery support, meal structure, performance fueling, nutrition education, exposure work, body image conversations, or coordination with your therapist, physician, coach, or care team.
